Inside the Sheen Nursery

With her due date quickly approaching, and the probability of an early delivery looming, Hot Moms Club introduced Brooke Sheen to Amanda Moore and her interior design firm re:place to create a dream nursery for the beautiful twin boys that she and Charlie Sheen welcomed into the world this Spring. The Sheen's stressed the priority of comfort to their design team at re:place, which started with the plush 100% natural wool wall-to-wall carpet that covers the entire nursery. Little crawling knees will be very grateful! Brooke and Charlie wanted the perfect pair of comfortable gliders, for bonding, feeding, and of course for watching ESPN highlights. They chose Serena & Lilys ultra comfortable and stylish Henry Gliders with matching ottomans. The nearby Bratt Decor Casablanca Daybed creates yet another space for kicking up ones feet for cuddle time. On the daybed is a mix of brown and blue Serena & Lily linens and decorative pillows.

The twins now spend their nights sleeping peacefully on naturalmat organic mattresses in matching Bratt Décor Blu Collection cribs, and one Blu Collection changing table provides storage and diaper changing ease under the wall-mounted giant flat screen that Charlie insisted go in the room. It is never too early to teach little boys about curve balls and running bases!! These Bratt Decor furniture pieces keep the room fresh and modern and inspired Brooke to have all the doors and the bathroom vanity freshly stained in a similar dark ebony.

Moore scored baseball themed accent pieces for the room, such as the adorable baseball bat floor and table lamps by Kenroy Home. re:place kept the baseball notions in the details so that the room can easily grow with the boys when dinosaurs or race cars (or films!!) become more interesting to little Bob and Max. Moore believes that good nursery design should be aesthetically pleasing both for the parents and for the children and should allow for this kind of flexibility through the years.
