Complete satisfaction is our guarantee. If, for any reason, a selection doesn’t meet your expectations, we stand ready with a full refund or exchange. Furniture may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery (this does not apply to custom-order furniture, see below). After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defect.

Furniture Return and Cancellation Policy: 

Featured Fabric -- Upholstered, slipcovered and leather furniture in the fabric/color/finish shown on this website or in our current catalog may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days, we will replace these items for manufacturer defects only.

Custom-Ordered Furniture: 

Upholstered, slipcovered and leather furniture that is not featured on this website or in our current catalog is considered custom order. Customers will have 72 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After 72 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by Bratt Decor and cannot be refunded. Returns or exchanges are prohibited on custom orders with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
