What makes Bratt Decor unique simple and classic style paired with quality craftsmanship.
The functionality of the line as well as it's ability to be gender neutral is amazing. For example, my daughter Henley has the Heritage Crib in white with the bunny finials. If my next child is a boy, I just trade out the bunnies for airplane finials and it is now for a boy.
Most convertible cribs will convert to toddler beds, but let's face it they really are not very attractive. With the conversion rails (sold separately) The Bratt Decor wooden cribs convert to the sweetest little toddler beds. Also, another genius design element is that many of the dressers actually have a changing table that attaches to the top and can be removed later. We have the Jane Crib and Dresser Changer in my other daughters room (yes they're twins) , with the crib converting to a
Charles Neal Interiors balances Hollywood glam with Southern warmth for R&B producer Tricky Stewart’s first California home.
For Ellah, Stewart’s infant daughter, Neal focused on combining textures to create depth. Ella’s crib is covered with a sheer silk cloth edged with a boa, and her drapes are embroidered with tone-on-tone detailing. The furniture is plush and oversized, creating a whimsical aesthetic that isn’t, as Neal says, “too girly or princess-y.” The Stewart residence was completed in December 2010 and remains a modern, glamorous LA home with just enough warmth and charm to make it elegant and comfortable.

Furniture is perhaps the biggest purchase, both in size and price that parents make for their children's rooms.
According to New York-based Easy Analytic Software Inc., youth bedroom furniture will have one of the biggest sales increases of all furniture products between 2006 and 2011. In fact, only entertainment furniture is expected to see greater sales increases.
Both youth bedroom and infant furniture are expected to grow sales faster than the 27% projected for all furniture in the next five years. EASI projects a 29.5% increase in sales of youth bedroom, from $5.08 billion in 2006 to $6.58 billion in 2011 and a 28.5% increase for infant furniture, from $1.18 billion last year to $1.52 billion in 2011.
Even though the projected numbers and some manufacturers are optimistic, there still are sections of the country and the industry where the economy is soft and business is described as flat. However, with about 4.1
Madonna, Cindy Crawford, and Heather Locklear are just a few of the celebrity moms with kids we love to watch. You can be sure these moms want the finest in room decor for their babies and children. This desire has probably helped fuel a race to bring luxurious kids furniture and accessories to market.
We're not sure how many new parents will actually pop for the $28,000 castle bed featured in the 2000 issue of the Neiman Marcus Catalog.
But they might opt for some of the more affordable, though still plush items for babies and children that are currently available. Just what are the trends in opulence for kids? Currently in fashion is the Italian villa look using warm color-washed walls in golden yellows and furnished with trendy wrought iron furniture (such as the baby changing table from Bratt Decor pictured at right).
Another trend is hot colors. One recent Designer Showhouse

Celebrity Baby Blog Inside Trista & Ryan's Nursery
September 2007
Celebrity Baby Blog chats about US Weekly's lastest cover featuring Trista, Ryan and Max Sutter, and gives special attention to their adorable nursery which houses furnishings from Bratt Decor Inc.
With Bachelor season in full swing, we thought we would catch up with the franchise’s most successful Bachelorette, Trista Sutter. Believe it or not, 17 seasons after it all began, Trista is still the only person to actually find a spouse on the show.
Cashmere for toddlers, handmade lotions and soaps from an agricultural cooperative in northern Israel and tuxedos for Gen-Y males are just a few of the new products retailers are designing new concepts around.
The retail industry has become so saturated with me-too concepts that new retailers, in order to succeed, need to have a laser focus on their market segment and open stores different from those already in the market.
"We are seeing people take one thing and try to become really good at it," says Mike Tesler, partner and principal of Retail Concepts. The Norwell, Mass.-based firm consults with new business owners to help them establish their chains. "If you get known for being the best at that one thing, you've won the game in retail."
For example, Sabon, an Israeli-based chain that sells bath and beauty products, has a more narrowly defined market than mainstream competitors Bath & Body Works and
Mary and Stephen Bauer were recognized by Baltimore SmartCEO as one of Baltimore's 50 Fastest Growing Companies! Congratulations to the Bauer's and Bratt Decor!
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Bratt Decor designs and sells furniture and accessories for babies and children. The company's goal is to bring high design aesthetics found in other segments of the furniture
market to the children's market. Bratt Decor designs and manufactures a wide range of furnishings and sells them directly through its stores and Web site.
KEY FACTORS OF COMPANY'S CURRENT GROWTH
Growth is hard, a true blessing, but is constantly challenging. Over the past three years, the company has grown from a staff of about seven to more than 30, and dealing with the fallout of that alone has been an education. Additionally, Bratt Decor has opened offices in Asia and has had to learn to manage staff and
factories internationally. It requires lots of travel
Charlie Sheen is very impressed with the nursery he and wife Brooke have set up for their twin boys, due in April.
"Forget being a babies' room. If I had a room like that growing up at any point, I would have been over the moon," Sheen, 43, told PEOPLE on Tuesday at Las Vegas's MAGIC convention, where he unveiled his new DaVinci Collection by Charlie Sheen clothing line.
The couple hope to put the finishing touches on the nursery this week.
"We have a deadline," said Sheen. "It's that last-minute push with the paint, furniture and all the accessorizing and all that, but it's going to be lovely."
Bratt Decor is proud to furnish the Sheen twin's baseball themed nursery!
With her due date quickly approaching, and the probability of an early delivery looming, Hot Moms Club introduced Brooke Sheen to Amanda Moore and her interior design firm re:place to create a dream nursery for the beautiful twin boys that she and Charlie Sheen welcomed into the world this Spring.
The Sheen's stressed the priority of comfort to their design team at re:place, which started with the plush 100% natural wool wall-to-wall carpet that covers the entire nursery. Little crawling knees will be very grateful! Brooke and Charlie wanted the perfect pair of comfortable gliders, for bonding, feeding, and of course for watching ESPN highlights. They chose Serena & Lilys ultra comfortable and stylish Henry Gliders with matching ottomans. The nearby Bratt Decor Casablanca Daybed creates yet another space for kicking up ones feet for cuddle time. On the daybed is a mix of brown and blue Serena & Lily
