The chelsea cradle is one of those little luxuries that every mom desires. This beautifully carved cradle is the perfect place for your little one to rock gently to sleep. Designer, Stephen Bauer, has cleverly incorporated an anti-rock, or locking, mechanism that renders the cradle stationary without detracting from the beauty of this product. The manual stopper (which tucks discreetly away in the rockers) is fashioned in the same finish as the cradle and sits subtly at its feet. Bedding and cradle pad sold separately.

I purchased the Chelsea cradle in white for our new baby boy. i searched online for the perfect cradle and came across this one at a boutique shop close to home. I fell in love with the detailing design. Most of the cradles I had seen were small but this one was big and sturdy, just what I was looking for. I made my purchase over the phone with Bratt Decor and the customer service was awesome and made it all an easy process! I was very excited to receive it. When it came in the assembly was simple, my five year old and I put it together. It has been my favorite piece and I plan on using it after the baby grows out of it as a decor piece in our guest room. |

Rocking it! |

Pros: beautiful, stylish, easy to assemble, totally hidden "rock-stop" (unlike those ugly metal ones on most cradles), roomy, quality construction.
Cons: none I can think of... a little more pricey that others perhaps, but so worth it for this quality.
I love the fact that they made a small flat section on the rocking feet, so that when not rocking, the cradle always comes to rest in the middle. Assembly took only 10 min. |
